Beauty Launch Creator Claims Check

Every creator draft checked against the brand's approved-claims list and for its partnership label, with launch readiness alongside.

These images are illustrations of the concept, not screenshots of the actual product.

Overview

In beauty and personal care, a product launch often rides on creators: a new hair mask goes out with a wave of reels, stories, carousels and video reviews, each in the creator's own words. This concept adds a Claims check tab to HeadshotMarketing's influencer relationships. It is designed to let a brand or partnerships manager check every creator draft for a launch, both the caption and the transcript submitted with the draft, against the brand's own approved-claims list, kept by the brand's reviewer, and confirm that the required partnership label is present before anything is approved.

One enthusiastic phrase can turn a cosmetic benefit into a promise the brand never approved, and in a spoken video it is easy to miss. Reviewers often read captions and watch drafts one at a time, with the approved wording kept in a separate document. The concept is designed as a wording check against the brand's own list, not as legal or regulatory review: phrases are compared with what the reviewer has approved or ruled out, and a person makes every decision.

The illustration shows a Claims Check page for a sample hair-mask launch, reached from Influencer Relationships, with its Claims check tab beside Relationships and Deliverables. Tiles count drafts in review, ruled-out wording, missing labels and approved drafts, next to a note of the approved-claims list version, when it was updated and by whom. The table lists each creator with the deliverable, the number of claim flags, whether the label is present, and a status such as Changes requested, Approved or On hold; a draft not yet submitted shows its due date. Beside the table, the selected creator's submitted transcript has two ruled-out phrases highlighted. One carries an approved alternative to suggest; the other has none and is marked for escalation. Request changes and Escalate to reviewer buttons sit beside a dimmed Approve button.

Across the foot of the page, a Launch readiness strip for the launch date is designed to be refreshed each morning by a FluidGrids workflow. It is designed to show the Kadaikodi listing status and stock by salon, and how many stylists have finished the BuildMyIQ launch lesson, so a manager can see whether the listing, salon stock and trained stylists will be in place when the creator posts go live. HeadshotMarketing keeps the creator relationships, the drafts and the review decisions; Kadaikodi, BuildMyIQ and FluidGrids are designed to supply the listing and stock, the training progress and the daily refresh. All names, dates and counts in the illustration are sample data.

What this concept shows

  • A Claims check tab under Influencer Relationships, scoped to one product launch
  • Tiles counting drafts in review, ruled-out wording, missing labels and approved drafts
  • The approved-claims list version shown with its last update date and the person who updated it
  • One row per creator deliverable with claim flags, partnership label status and review status
  • A submitted-transcript panel that highlights ruled-out phrases and suggests an approved alternative where one exists
  • Ruled-out phrases with no approved alternative marked for escalation to the brand's reviewer
  • Request changes, Escalate to reviewer and Approve actions, with Approve dimmed for the selected draft, which still carries flags
  • A Launch readiness strip showing the Kadaikodi listing, stock by salon and BuildMyIQ lesson progress, refreshed daily by FluidGrids

How it works

  1. Open Influencers, choose the launch under Influencer Relationships and switch to the Claims check tab.
  2. Read the tiles and confirm which version of the approved-claims list the check is using.
  3. Sort the table by the Claims column to see which drafts carry flags, and check the Label column for a missing partnership label.
  4. Select a creator to read the submitted transcript, with ruled-out phrases highlighted and any approved alternative noted under them.
  5. Request changes where an approved alternative exists, or escalate to the reviewer where none does.
  6. Approve drafts that are clear of flags and carry the partnership label.
  7. Before launch day, check the Launch readiness strip for the Kadaikodi listing, salon stock and BuildMyIQ lesson progress.

Who it's for

  • Beauty and personal care brand marketers
  • Influencer and partnerships managers
  • Brand claims and content reviewers

Claims Check with Transcript Flags and Launch Readiness

Creator drafts checked against the approved-claims list and partnership label, with launch readiness below.

This illustration shows the Claims Check page for a sample hair-mask launch, with Influencers highlighted in the left navigation and Relationships, Deliverables and Claims check tabs. Four tiles count drafts in review, ruled-out wording, missing labels and approved drafts, beside a pill naming the approved-claims list version, its update date and who updated it. The table's columns are creator, deliverable, claims, label and status. Sample rows include a wash-day reel with two flags marked Changes requested, stories and a carousel that are clear and approved, a video review with one flag and a missing label on hold, and a salon-visit reel whose draft is still due. The selected creator's transcript panel highlights two ruled-out phrases, one with a suggested alternative and one marked for escalation. Request changes and Escalate to reviewer buttons sit beside a dimmed Approve button. A Launch readiness strip shows the Kadaikodi listing, stock by salon and stylists through the BuildMyIQ launch lesson, refreshed daily by FluidGrids.
